Awake Spontaneous Vm

Traces from one neuron available under license

As part of our study of the effect of wakefulness on cortical excitation and inhibition, we measured the membrane potential of pyramidal neurons of layer 2/3 of awake mouse visual cortex. By clicking here, you can obtain traces (in Matlab format) from one of these neurons, recorded in the absence of visual stimuli (gray screen), with no current injections. There are 19 trials (rows), ~4.95 s per trial. Data were sampled at 20 kHz.
